Your family's documents and possessions, recorded with care.
Legacia provides inventory, cataloguing and estate records support for families in Kuala Lumpur — producing factual records you can take to your own qualified advisers.
What Legacia does
Three services, each with a defined scope. Every engagement produces a written output the family keeps. Legacia does not advise on values, ownership or distribution.
Household Inventory & Cataloguing Session
A half-day visit producing a written inventory of a household's documents and notable possessions — recorded item by item with description, location, condition note and photograph. Delivered within seven working days.
- Papers, jewellery, timepieces, books and furnishings
- No values assigned — factual record only
- Printed catalogue and digital copy
Estate Records Consolidation Project
A project that gathers documents held across several homes and relatives into one indexed archive — with archival-resolution scanning, consistent naming and a written description of what is present and what appears to be absent.
- Four to seven weeks depending on volume
- Encrypted storage with printed index
- All originals returned in order received
Administrative Support Retainer for Family Representatives
A twelve-month arrangement supporting the relative who has taken on the paperwork. Covers a maintained document register, correspondence log, appointment scheduling and monthly written summaries — clerical work only.
- Named administrator assigned
- Telephone support during working hours
- Never advises, never signs, never acts
Why families choose Legacia
The period after a bereavement brings many parallel demands. Having one place that keeps the paper record in order — without pressure and without assumptions about what should happen next — lets families attend to what matters most.
No conflict of interest
Legacia does not value, advise on distribution or refer to third-party services. The record is yours to use as you choose.
Encrypted and returned
Digital copies are stored on encrypted media. Every original is returned to the family in the order received, with a written receipt.
Named administrator
Retainer clients have one point of contact who knows the file. No call centres, no rotating staff, no repeating yourself.
Plain written outputs
Every service ends with a document the family can read, file and take to a solicitor, accountant or trust officer without translation.
Defined scope and timeline
Each service has a clear description of what is included, how long it takes and what form the output takes — no open-ended engagements.
Unhurried and respectful
Work moves at the pace the family sets. Appointments are flexible, and the tone throughout is calm and matter-of-fact.
Ready to bring order to the records?
Whether you need a single inventory session or ongoing administrative support, the first step is a short conversation about what the family has and what you would like documented. There is no obligation to proceed.
